Sweet BBQ Meatballs

with Red Fork Burger Skillet Sauce

These “not-too sweet, with a little heat” meatballs are the perfect impromptu party food. We’ve made them super simple by using frozen, fully-cooked meatballs and seasonings from our pantry -- grape jelly, sriracha and Red Fork Burger Skillet Sauce. For a spicier appetizer, substitute ½ cup hot pepper jelly and omit the sriracha.

Serves 6 as an Appetizer


1 bag (16 ounces) frozen, fully cooked meatballs

1 pouch (8 ounces) Red Fork Burger Skillet Sauce

½ cup grape jelly or hot pepper jelly

1 to 2 tablespoons sriracha hot sauce, to taste


  1. Combine frozen meatballs with Red Fork Sauce, grape jelly and sriracha in medium-size saucepan. Heat to a simmer. Cover tightly and reduce to very low heat. Cook until meatballs are heated through and sauce is thick, about 45 minutes. Add additional water if sauce gets too thick.
  2. Serve warm with wooden picks.
